- Own CDAS-ePayment as technical lead and primary client contact — maintenance, enhancements, requirements, solution design, and release planning directly with the Singapore client
- Stay hands-on: code review, production support, and internal technical consulting

- Led the field-operations module of a vehicle-enforcement platform for a Singapore public-sector agency (confidential), one of several delivery teams — backend in Java Spring Boot + MSSQL, frontend portals in React + Vite, deployed on Azure
- Designed the tow workflow: flagged-vehicle detection at car parks, validation against warrant and appeal records, automated officer notifications, and dispatch to external providers
- Integrated 10+ external systems — car-park operators, enforcement and vehicle-ownership registries, government data platforms, payment gateway, SMS/email, print vendors — plus the public charge-payment and release portal
- Led a 3-person team across internal and public-facing portals while staying hands-on in code, mentoring through code review and pair programming

- Led engineering for two SaaS platforms launched in 2020 on Node.js, MongoDB, Vue.js, and AWS, each with a driver mobile app
- Scaled CDAS-CTR to 100+ depot companies, with GPS telemetry over MQTT and a driver app for job dispatch and live position tracking
- Designed CDAS-ePayment as an escrow-settlement system holding funds between transporters and depots, replacing manual bank transfers with nightly automated payouts via bank API
- Built ePayment's tiered invoice-approval workflow — assigned per driver, auto-approved within the driver's limit, escalated to a manager above it
- Set up GitHub Actions CI/CD for both platforms, replacing manual releases
